Refund And Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

At Akiko Sherman International (ASI), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@akikosherman.com with details and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@akikosherman.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

If your order is canceled before processing for shipping, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items

In the rare event that a product becomes out of stock or is discontinued after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to choose an alternative item, wait for the product to become available, or receive a full refund.
